PMI Refund Policy
All refunds will be issued via check within 30 days. Please email
refunds@pmi-new.org for refund requests. Refunds will only be issued if requested by via email by the dates listed below.
Chapter Dinner Meetings
If the meeting is cancelled by PMI-NEW, you will receive a full refund. Chapter Dinner Topics and Speakers are subject to change without notice. Additional refunds are listed below:
- Prior to 7 Days before meeting: Full Refund less $5 processing charges
- Between 7 and 3 days before meeting: 50% refund
- Less then 3 days prior to meeting: No refund
PMP Class
The class may be cancelled by PMI-NEW prior to the start due to several factors including not reaching the minimum number of students required. Instructors are subject to change without notice. You will receive a full refund if the course is cancelled. Additional refunds are listed below:
- Prior to 7 Days before class begins: Full Refund less $50 processing charges
- Between 7 and 3 days before class begins: 50% refund
- Less then 3 days prior to class: No refund
Professional Development Days and Full Day Training Sessions
The session may be cancelled by PMI-NEW prior to the start due to several factors including not reaching the minimum number of attendees required. You will receive a full refund if the course is cancelled. Additional refunds are listed below:
- Prior to 7 Days before session begins: Full Refund less $50 processing charges
- Between 7 and 3 days before session begins: 50% refund
- Less then 3 days prior to session: No refund
Additionally, PDD Topics and Speakers subject to change without notice. Certain Full Day Training Session may have different refund policies which would be clearly posted during event sign-up and registration.
