The PMI-NEW Vendor Showcase provides companies with an opportunity to showcase their technology, products, and services to a specific target audience of project management professionals. Vendor Showcases are held at the monthly PMI-NEW dinner meetings attended on average by 35-40 members and guests. Dinner meetings provide a forum for networking and promoting project management services, tools, and knowledge to project sponsors, project managers, and team members. We would like to invite your company to participate as one of our vendors.
The Vendor Showcase package includes:
- A link on our website prior to your showcase date.
- An e-mail about your Vendor Showcase sent to our email distribution list prior to your showcase date.
- A 10-minute presentation during the meeting to discuss your company's products and services.
- Table space at the meeting for your company brochures and materials. Electricity is provided for your use.
- Dinner for two of your representatives. Cost for additional dinners is $25 per representative.
- Drawings or giveaways are always welcomed using attendee business cards.
Our monthly dinner meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise indicated, and are Tentatively scheduled as follows:

5:30 – 6:00 Networking Hour & Vendor Exhibit
6:00 – 6:30 Dinner & Vendor Exhibit
6:30 – 6:50 General Meeting
6:50 – 7:00 Vendor Presentation
7:00 – 8:00 Speaker Presentation
8:00 – 8:30 Final Announcements and Raffles
The cost for the Vendor Showcase is $250 per PMI-NEW monthly meeting.
