What’s the difference between a successful leader and a not-so successful one? It must be the training, right? Successful ones have more and better training. Or it could be college degrees, couldn’t it? Or professional designations, right? I mean, if a leader receives excellent training, education, and certification, he must be destined for success, right? Hardly.
